INVITATION TO BID LRIP PROJECT 2021

VILLAGE OF KEKOSKEE

DODGE COUNTY, WISCONSIN

The Village of Kekoskee is accepting sealed bids for pavement replacement of approximately 1 mile of Old Highway 28 Road. All bids shall be sealed and marked: "LRIP project – Old Hwy 28.

Work to be provided will consist of:

pulverize existing surface, fine grade, water and compact approximately 1 mile of Old Highway 28 Road from State Highway 28 South to Raasch Hill Road.
pave a compacted average depth hot mix asphalt pavement on roadway with TEN (10) foot lanes
re-establish the crown
shouldering with two (2) foot wide gravel.
an Engineer’s Certification for LRIP reimbursement documentation.

Work in this Contract is partially funded under the Wisconsin Department of Transportation Local Road Improvement Program (LRIP).

Sealed bids should be mailed to Clerk, W3275 County Road TW, Mayville, WI 53050 to arrive no later no later than 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, April 27, 2021. Sealed bids may be brought to the meeting by 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 27, 2021.

Sealed bids will be opened and awarded on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at 6:30 PM. at the Village of Kekoskee Hall located at W3275 County Road TW, Dodge County.

All interested parties may contact the Village President, Donald Hilgendorf, at 920-210-2672.

Contractors are to supply all labor, material, traffic control, signage, and Proof of Insurance.

The Village of Kekoskee reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in bidding, and to accept any bid which, in the judgement of the Village Board may be most advantageous to toe Village of Kekoskee.
