PUBLIC HEARING

Village of Kekoskee

 

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Village of Kekoskee Plan Commission on June 21, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. in the Village Hall at W3275 County Road TW, Dodge County, Wisconsin.  The Plan Commission will review the following:

 

  1. A Petition from Glacier Ridge Landfill, LLC to Rezone from a Farmland Preservation District to an Industrial and Manufacturing District for parcel numbers 143-1216-3441-000 and 143-1216-3442-000 located in the Village of Kekoskee, Dodge County. This petition is subject to the provisions of the Town of Williamstown/Village of Kekoskee Zoning Ordinance.
  2. A Conditional Use Permit Application from Hillary Schultz for parcel number 143-1216-0322-000 located in the Village of Kekoskee, Dodge County to allow a single-family dwelling subject to the provisions of the Town of Williamstown/Village of Kekoskee Zoning Ordinance covering the Farmland Preservation District. 
  3. Discuss Farmland Preservation Zoning
  4. Discussion/Action on Comprehensive Plan
  5. Discussion/Action on Zoning Amendments

 

The Village Board will convene in a regular board meeting on June 21, 2022 following the Plan Commission Public Hearing to consider the recommendations made by the Plan Commission and take action.
