PUBLIC HEARING

VILLAGE OF KEKOSKEE

 

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Village of Kekoskee Plan Commission on June 9, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. in the Village Hall at W3275 County Road TW, Dodge County, Wisconsin.  The Plan Commission will review the following:

 


 

A Conditional Use Permit Application for applicant/owner Ernest & Lisa Henschel. for parcel number 143-1216-3333-001 located in a Farmland Preservation District at W4018 Raasch Hill Road, Village of Kekoskee, Dodge County to keep more than 4 dogs. This application is subject to the provisions of the Village of Kekoskee Household Pet and Animal Control Ordinance, Section 5 and Zoning Ordinance Section 14.1(2)K.

 

A Conditional Use Permit Application for applicant/owner Matt & Jennifer Miller. for parcel number 143-1216-2111-001 located in a Farmland Preservation District at N8515 Bay View Road, Village of Kekoskee, Dodge County to keep more than 4 dogs. This application is subject to the provisions of the Village of Kekoskee Household Pet and Animal Control Ordinance, Section 5 and Zoning Ordinance Section 14.1(2)K.

 

A Conditional Use Permit Application for applicant/owner Duane & Shiela Nonhof. for parcel number 143-1216-0134-002 located in a Farmland Preservation District at W2714 County Road TW, Village of Kekoskee, Dodge County to keep more than 4 dogs. This application is subject to the provisions of the Village of Kekoskee Household Pet and Animal Control Ordinance, Section 5 and Zoning Ordinance Section 14.1(2)K.

 

A Conditional Use Permit Application for applicant/owner Gordon Weiss. for parcel number 143-1216-2644-001 located in an Agricultural General District at W2978 Zion Church Road, Village of Kekoskee, Dodge County to keep more than 4 dogs. This application is subject to the provisions of the Village of Kekoskee Household Pet and Animal Control Ordinance, Section 5 and Zoning Ordinance Section 3.5(2)B.

 

The Village Board will convene at the next scheduled Board meeting to consider the recommendations made by the Plan Commission and take action.
